A Summer Dance Intensive at DAUI
Dance Artistry Unlimited will hold two summer dance sessions, each lasting four days, from June 15th through June 18th. The second week will run from June 22nd through the 25th. Dancers have the option of registering for one or both weeks.
This year's workshop will focus on Technique, Jazz, Musical Theater, and Hip Hop, using Summer-fun and patriotic music as dancers learn a variety of combinations that will teach coordinated dance movement, improve stage presence, and enhance technique in a fun and engaging way.
This year's summer sessions will once again include a "Mommy and me/Daddy and me class!
Classes will be available for male and female students aged 2.5 and above, providing differentiated instruction to meet the needs of dancers at beginner through advanced performance levels.
“Summer Intensive” level classes are designed to help the experienced dancer focus on developing and expanding his/her technique, style, and flexibility in each major discipline while providing a wonderful opportunity for the beginner level student. It provides the child new to dance the opportunity to explore the many facets of dance and decide if he/she would like to pursue fall instruction.
